Our Construction and Remodeling Services
Custom Homes
A custom home should be built around how you live. Jack Lee Construction helps homeowners plan and build homes with practical layouts, quality materials, and careful attention to detail. From early design conversations to the final walkthrough, we help make sure your new home fits your land, your needs, and your budget.
Home Additions
If your home feels too small, you may not need to move. A well-planned addition can give you the extra space you need while helping improve the value and function of your property.
We build bedroom additions, bathroom additions, family room additions, garage additions, porch additions, sunrooms, and home office additions. Our goal is to make the new space look and feel like it belongs with the original home.
Kitchen Remodeling
Your kitchen should be easy to use, comfortable to gather in, and built for daily life. We help Jacksonville homeowners update kitchens with better layouts, cabinets, countertops, islands, lighting, flooring, backsplashes, appliances, and storage.
Whether you want a simple refresh or a full kitchen renovation, we can help create a space that works better for your family.
Bathroom Remodeling
An outdated bathroom can make the whole home feel older. Jack Lee Construction remodels bathrooms with new showers, tubs, vanities, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, toilets, exhaust fans, walls, ceilings, and layout improvements.
We can help with guest bathrooms, primary bathrooms, bathroom additions, tub-to-shower conversions, and full bathroom renovations.
Interior Remodeling
Interior remodeling helps make your home more useful, comfortable, and up to date. We handle layout changes, flooring replacement, lighting upgrades, wall and ceiling updates, trim work, finish improvements, and full interior renovations.
If your home feels closed off, outdated, or poorly arranged, we can help create a smarter plan.
Exterior Remodeling
The outside of your home matters. It protects the structure, improves curb appeal, and adds value. Jack Lee Construction handles siding replacement, window replacement, door replacement, porch updates, exterior repairs, and outdoor living improvements.
We focus on exterior upgrades that improve both the appearance and function of your home.
Decks, Porches, Sunrooms, and Patio Enclosures
Outdoor living is important in Northeast Florida. A deck, porch, sunroom, or patio enclosure can give your family more usable space and make your home more enjoyable year-round.
We help design and build outdoor areas that fit your home, your property, and how you plan to use the space.
